resepi wrap

HOLLA guys !! it's been a long time I didn't update my blog. Well , kinda busy be a maid at my own house. HAHAHA.So nak dijadikan cerita , a week ago my result for this semester was out and alhamdulillah I did well. Tak sia2 bersengkak mata study .  The most happier are I never expect to get highest on my Account . I thought I just got C ( that means only pass ) but I get B+ for my Account . I speechless. I never expect that because i didn't even study in my class . Tidor , main , selfie , kacau org. What do you expect for? Study pon last minuted . HAHAHA . 

Back to my main topic , lets start :-

Ingredient:

1) roti paratha (  I used Econsave Indian flat bread )
2) Tomato
3) daging hancur ( I used ramly minced beef )
4) Capsicum
5) Bawang merah
6) Ayam KFC ( nie kalau takde takpe sbb semalam akak ad beli kfc so tak hbs i masukkan dlm wrap i. )
7) mayonise, sos cili

Step :

1) Firstly , korang masak dulu daging hancur tu sampai lah agak2 dah masak pastu campurkan dengan bawang , capsicum yg dah dipotong . BAwang dan capsicum nie korang msk sekejap jer. Jgn lama sgt nnti tak rasa fresh die.



2) okay untuk base wrap nya korang masak lah smpai wrna keemasan . Sebenarnya wrap nie ialah roti canai . Tapi I jadikan die sbagai base untuk wrap I. hahahaha


3) After base wrap tu dah masak korang letak kan bahan yang kita dah masak tadi kat atas base wrap nie dan jgn lupa letak lah sikit mayonise dan cili. okay yang nie ikut korang sbb setengah org suka letak byk mayonise sesetengah org tak suka byk mayonise. so ikut sahaja


4) after that korang gulung lah macam2 mne pon. wrap korang kan so suka hati korang lah .

 TADA !!! siap. easy right? kadang2 I jadikan nie sebagai breakfast I jer. Sbb senang , sdp dan kenyang ! p/s : i tak guna minyak untuk semua nie. Sbb nak jadikan die healthy food kan? Tapi tak sihat pon sbb? Letak mayonise sebanyak alam. hahahhaha

Craving with dim sum

hai, guys ! good evening. how's ur day? I hope you're in fine like always . Today I wanna to share dim sum recipe with u. After I post dim sum picture on Instagram and wechat , I got a lot of question how to make dim sum. Actually, it's quite easy to make it. u just need to prepare ingredient and trust me u gonna love it . Actually, dim sum is a Chinese dish. To make dim sum u just need  to steam or fried ( but mostly they just steamed ) . inside the dim sum, we can put any type fillings that u want .

Ingredient : 

1) wantan pastry ( can get at any supermarket . i bought it from Giant )


2) chicken 
3) prawn (if you want. if not pon boleh)
4) sugar
5) salt
6) sesame oil ( you can adjust how much u want to put. )
8) Shitake mushroom ( but if u don have so u can use normal mushroom)
9) carrot

* Make sure you bring out wantan pastry first before u make the ingredient if not you will regret, trust me. hahaha

Steps :

1) Cut chicken , prawn , mushroom and carrot smaller . Not too small just enough to put at your wantan pastry

2) Mix all the ingredient ( include the chicken , prawn and mushroom that has been cut )
3) After that place on a tablespoon of the mixture (or more, depending on how large your wonton wrappers are) into the centre of each wonton skin and fold the wonton skin
4) Steamed for 10 minuted and ... TADA !! u make it

I'm so happy I make my own dim sum . Thanks to my cravings . Because of it, i make my own dim sum. Hopefully, my recipe help you . Enjoy :)
